RETURNS & REFUND POLICY
Please ensure that you choose your products carefully.
Opened food products cannot be returned for a refund due to strict health and safety regulations.
You are entitled to a refund if your product/s within the outside packaging meet the any of the following criteria
* If The Actual Food Is Damaged Or Inedible -
(Excluding The Outside Packaging & Melted Or Broken Chocolates)
*Incorrectly Delivered item That Differs From Your Order
* We Do Not Offer Replacements Or Refunds For Damaged Outside Packaging Of Your Products Caused By Transit Or Packing Of Your Order .
Whilst Every Precaution Is Taken Packing Your Order , Packaging Can Become Squashed Or Damage During Transit Of Your Order By The Delivery Company .
You must report any of the above issues to our email :
email@example.com within 24hrs of receiving your order.
Any claims made after this time frame has expired will not be accepted.Please provide photographic evidence of the product with your report email.
Please note we do not refund for a simple change of mind . Please see our Cancellation Policy for further information on Order Cancellations .
We do not refund if a products does not meet your expectations of taste or flavour or if you simply do not like the product you have chosen .
Due to our products being of a perishable nature , we do not offer refunds on products that have melted or broken inside the packaging during transit .
Please be mindful of the climate and weather conditions when choosing products that are chocolate or chocolate based .
AFTER A REFUND IS GRANTED :
Should a refund request be granted , you will be required to return your product/s in its original packaging in an unused and un opened condition at your OWN cost.
Please provide a tracking number for your return so that we can both track it during transit .
Once your return has been received , it will be inspected and if deemed successful for refunding , a refund will be issued less the original order shipping cost via your original payment method. You will be emailed with a refund confirmation once this has taken place.
